Connecticut State Police Captain Chris Bartolotta (ret.), will be presenting a case study on an incident that happened in Connecticut. In August 2010, an employee of the Hartford Distributors in Manchester, Connecticut shot and killed 8 co-workers before barricading himself and eventually taking his own life.

There will be two sessions; a virtual session on Wednesday December 17, 2025 (1700-2100hrs), and an in-person session at Southington Connecticut Police Department on Friday December 19, 2025 (0900-1300hrs).  Please use the following registration links to register:
